Quote requests
When you request a quote, Abe's Services collects the contact details, property street address and service information you provide. We use this information to respond, prepare quotes, schedule work and maintain customer records. Requests are stored with our website hosting provider and in our private CRM.
How customers find us
With a quote request, we may save the source and campaign named in the link you followed, the referring website domain, the first page you visited, and your answer to how you heard about us. We keep these details during your visit in browser session storage and use them in our private CRM to understand which sources bring inquiries and jobs. We do not collect the referring page’s full address or advertising click IDs for this source report. This does not enable Meta tracking; that still requires the separate optional choice below.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose the optional Meta measurement checkbox, we may share website activity, inquiry and booking or payment events, browser identifiers, IP address, and hashed contact identifiers with Meta to measure and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Our Meta website tracking does not load unless you opt in. Global Privacy Control disables this optional measurement. You can untick the checkbox before submitting or contact us to withdraw permission for future CRM outcome sharing.
If you submit a Facebook lead form, Meta also processes that submission under its own privacy policy. Any CRM outcome sharing for those leads must be described in that form.
Other services
Our website uses an embedded review service, and links to Google, phone, text and email services. Those services may process data under their own policies. The optional Meta choice does not control these separate services.
Your information
We retain inquiry and customer records while needed to handle requests, provide services and maintain business records. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional advertising measurement. We do not put the Meta advertising pixel inside our private CRM dashboard.
